Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the Engine NodeHub website and any app analytics services agreed in a written proposal. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

Services and scope

Each engagement is defined by a proposal or statement of work describing deliverables, schedule, fees, responsibilities, and assumptions. A proposal becomes binding when accepted by both parties. Changes to scope or timing must be agreed in writing.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to relevant systems, accurate context, and an authorized point of contact. Clients remain responsible for securing any rights and consents needed to share data with us.

Confidentiality and data

Both parties must protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement. We apply reasonable safeguards and will follow any separate data-processing agreement. We do not claim ownership of client data.

Intellectual property

After full payment, the client may use engagement-specific reports and deliverables for its business. Engine NodeHub retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, and general analytical techniques. Website content may not be copied or republished without permission.

Fees, warranties, and liability

Fees and payment dates appear in the proposal. Analytics involves interpretation and cannot guarantee a commercial result. Services are provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement.

Termination and governing law

Either party may terminate for material breach that is not corrected within a reasonable written notice period. Accrued fees and clauses intended to survive termination remain effective. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to applicable consumer protections.
